• When you book a visit: name, phone, email, the address of the property, details of the services and the price, notes you enter yourself, and invoice details (if you ask for an invoice).
• When a business sends an inquiry: company name, company ID, contact person, phone, email, details of the property and your message.
• When you chat on Messenger or Instagram: your profile name and the messages you send us, including photos of the property.
• When you pay a deposit (only for visits booked a month or more ahead): payment details (amount, date and reference).
• When you submit a form: your IP address and technical details of your browser, which Cloudflare Turnstile uses to check that the form was not sent by a robot.
• Technical data about your visit to the site (cookies and analytics), only if you have given consent. See the Cookie policy for details.
• Reviews: if you agree, we publish your review with your first name and the first letter of your surname.

• To carry out your order: to book a day, confirm the price, come to your address and issue documents (basis: contract).
• To answer an inquiry and prepare a quote (basis: steps before entering into a contract).
• To meet accounting and tax obligations (basis: legal obligation).
• To protect the site and the forms from spam and abuse (basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure).
• For statistics about visits to the site and for publishing a review, only with your consent (basis: consent).

Your name, phone, email and the address of the property are needed so that we can book and carry out the visit. Without them we cannot accept the request. Everything else is optional.

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Google (booking calendar), Google Analytics (analytics), Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), Resend (sending emails from the site forms) and Meta (Messenger and Instagram, when you message us there). We do not sell personal data.

Google, Meta, Cloudflare and Resend may also process data in the United States. In that case the transfer is based on the European Commission adequacy decision under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

• Requests that we declined or that you cancelled: we delete them from the calendar straight away.
• Data on completed orders and payments: as long as accounting law requires.
• Inquiries that did not lead to a contract: up to 12 months.
• Photos of properties: until the order is finished, unless you agreed that we may publish them (without personal data).

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, and we do not profile our customers.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, portability and objection, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before that point. Write to us at contact@sparkup.bg.
